AI-assisted visa and passport photo creation and checking, delivered digitally in your account. 1 credit = 1 photo. Credit packs are one-time payments; memberships add monthly credits and renew automatically until cancelled. Where the preview offer is shown, you first see the finished photo with a watermark for free, without an account; buying unlocks its files without the watermark (1 photo, or a family pack of 4 photos whose other 3 photos are added as credits).

Payment and performance

Card payment through Stripe. After payment is confirmed, credits are added to your account immediately and can be used right away; a purchased photo becomes downloadable without the watermark immediately. The files of a photo bought without an account can be downloaded on the same page immediately and are sent to the buyer's e-mail address. There is no physical delivery.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply because the service is performed instantly in electronic form (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15(1)(ğ)). Before payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.

Refunds and cancellation

Payments are not refunded; credits for failed photos are restored to your balance. Memberships can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period, without partial refunds.

Send complaints to support@visaphoto.io. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the limits set by law.
