Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all photo purchases, credit packs and memberships bought on VisaPhoto from Space Laika LLC.

Credit packs and membership fees are not refunded once paid. This includes unused credits, unused months of an annual membership and the remainder of a billing period after cancellation.
Photo purchases: preview first
Where the preview offer is shown, you see your finished photo with a watermark, free of charge, before you pay. Paying unlocks its files without the watermark immediately (1 photo, or the family pack of 4 photos whose other 3 photos are added as credits). This completes the digital service, so photo purchases are not refunded. If a payment is refunded or reversed through your bank, the photo is locked again and the credits bought with it are removed.
The one exception: failed photos
If a photo generation fails, the credit used for it is restored to your balance automatically. The restored credit can be used for a new photo; it is not paid out as money.
Right of withdrawal
VisaPhoto is a digital service that is performed immediately after payment: credits are added to your account and can be used right away. Before any payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. Under Turkish law (Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15(1)(ğ)) the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form; comparable exceptions exist under EU consumer law for digital content and services.
Cancelling a membership
You can cancel a membership at any time from Membership → Open billing & invoices (the secure Stripe billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Until then you keep your membership and its benefits; after that it does not renew and you are not charged again. No partial or pro-rata refunds are given.
Credits after cancellation
Credits already added to your balance stay in your account after cancellation and remain subject to the account rules in the Terms of Service. If a payment is reversed, charged back or disputed, the related credits may be deducted.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived, for example if a service is not provided at all, is defective, or you were charged without authorization or twice. In such a case contact support@visaphoto.io.
