VisaPhoto creates and checks AI-assisted portraits and provides photo size templates. Before uploading, accept these terms and the photo-processing consent. Only upload your own photo or a photo you are authorized to process. Do not upload identification documents or photos for impersonation, fraud, harassment or unlawful purposes.
AI output and official applications
AI can change appearance or produce mistakes. You must review the final photo, dimensions and current rules of the receiving authority. Some passport or visa authorities prohibit AI-generated or edited photographs or require a professional photographer. A technical check, matching dimensions or a successful download is not a guarantee of acceptance or identity verification.
Processing permission
You authorize VisaPhoto to transmit your upload and generated outputs to third-party AI and image-analysis services for the processing you request, to store successful outputs in your account, to keep the photo you upload and the generated photo of every photo request (if processing fails, the rejected candidates) for up to 6 months for error analysis and quality improvement, and, if you do not buy a preview, to keep a small copy of your upload for at most 7 days for the internal review described in the Privacy Policy. You retain your rights in your uploaded content; this permission is limited to operating, securing and delivering the service. Third-party retention and processing limits are described in the Privacy Policy.
Credits and payments
Where the no-sign-up preview offer is shown to you, creating a photo is free: you receive a watermarked, low-resolution preview without an account. Downloading the files without the watermark needs a photo purchase (1 photo, or a family pack of 4 photos whose other 3 photos are added as credits) or 1 credit. Where shown, a single photo can also be bought without an account; its files are then also sent to the e-mail address entered on the payment page. The family pack and credits need an account; new accounts receive no free photo in this offer. Otherwise, a verified account receives one lifetime free photo. Additional successful generations use the credits shown before purchase. If processing fails, the credit is restored to your balance. Prices, credit amounts and, for memberships, the renewal interval are shown before you pay and on the Stripe payment page; you are never enrolled in a membership without choosing one. Deleting your account cancels an active membership immediately and ends unused credits without a refund. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
No refunds
Payments for photo purchases, credit packs and memberships are final and are not refunded, including for unused credits and partially used billing periods. VisaPhoto is a digital service performed immediately: before any payment you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once performance begins. The only exception is a failed photo: if a generation fails, the credit used for it is restored to your balance automatically. Rights under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived remain unaffected. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Membership renewal and cancellation
A membership renews automatically at the monthly or annual interval you chose, at the price shown before purchase, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Membership → Open billing & invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep the membership until then and it does not renew afterwards. There are no partial or pro-rata refunds. Credits already added to your balance are not removed because you cancel, unless the underlying payment is reversed or disputed.
Saved outputs and inactivity
You are responsible for downloading copies you need. Saved outputs are available in My photos and can be deleted by you. Photos expire after six calendar months of account inactivity and are removed in the daily cleanup. Original uploads and intermediate previews are not stored in My photos. For every photo request, the photo you upload and the generated photo (if processing fails, the rejected candidates) are kept privately for up to 6 months for error analysis and to improve service quality; only authorized personnel can access them, and they are deleted automatically after 6 months or earlier with your account. If you do not buy a preview, a small copy of your upload may be kept for at most 7 days as described in the Privacy Policy. We cannot recover deleted image files through the application.
Account security and availability
Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access. We may limit processing to protect the service from abuse. Availability, processing time and an acceptable AI result are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To run and improve the service we record how it is used, as described in the Privacy Policy (Security, analytics and browser storage).
Changes
We may update these documents when the service changes. The version shown on this page identifies what you accept. Material changes to photo processing require renewed acceptance before a new upload.
